The beautiful 17th-century Uilenburg Synagogue plays host to a very special Beginner’s Ear session featuring string quartet music by leading chamber players and a guided mindfulness practice led by Mirjam Hartkamp, a meditation teacher in the Vipassana tradition. The event is moderated by Corinna da Fonseca-Wollheim, a longtime contributing classical music critic for the New York Times, and presented in collaboration with Splendor, Amsterdam.
