Elevate your Sunday with a morning music meditation held outside the chapel of Verde Valley School with the magnificent Cathedral Rock as backdrop. Follow a short guided meditation, then drop into the mesmerizing sounds of traditional folk melodies from Afghanistan arranged for viola and cello by the cellist Avery Waite, who traveled and taught in that country.
