Expressive, stylistically polyglot and well-versed in improvisation, PubliQuartet is one of the most innovative ensembles on the scene. Here they spin a web of connections across time with fresh takes on the music by Hildegard of Bingen, Francesca Caccini, Chiara Cozzolani and Dvorak, along with a rendition of the elegiac “Lyric” by George Walker.

The meditation is led by Thomas Droge, a Daoist teacher and founder of the Pathfinder Institute. The event is hosted and moderated by Beginner’s Ear founder and New York Times classical-music music writer Corinna da Fonseca-Wollheim.
