Enlighten your Sunday morning with guided meditation and live chamber music in the gorgeous sunken garden at Caramoor as the violinist Elena Kawazu and the violist Jordan Bak, two rising stars, play music by composers including Martinu, Mozart and Jeffrey Mumford.

The meditation is led by Adreanna Limbach, author of the enchanting book Tea and Cake with Demons: A Buddhist Guide to Feeling Worthy. Amadi Azikiwe, music director of the Harlem Symphony Orchestra, hosts and moderates.
