Enlighten your Sunday morning with guided meditation and live chamber music inside the bucolic gardens of Caramoor. Two stars from the New York Philharmonic, the principal clarinetist Anthony McGill and the principal harpist Nancy Allen, weave together a mesmerizing program of works that toy with our notion of time and space.

The meditation is led by Adreanna Limbach, author of “Tea and Cake with Demons: a Buddhist Guide to Feeling Worthy” and a sought after teacher at retreats, online, and at MNDFL.

The event is moderated by Corinna da Fonseca-Wollheim, founder of Beginner’s Ear and contributing classical music critic at the New York Times.
