Recenter mind and spirit with mindfulness and gorgeous music in the stunning natural setting of Teatown Lake in Ossining, Westchester. A guided meditation helps participants fine-tune their ears for the ensuing live performance by cellist Gabriel Cabezas, winner of the Sphinx Medal of Excellence and a performer of uncommon passion and eloquence.

The meditation is led by Corinna da Fonseca-Wollheim, founder of Beginner’s Ear. A short Q&A with audience members on aspects of mindful listening closes the event.
